Weekly Ministries and Special Events:

 

• Power Hour--Sunday School—Each Sunday morning we invite all children, infant through 5th grade, for a power hour beginning at 9:30 am in the Children's Building.  “Power Hour” is filled with Bible stories & adventures, crafts, mission projects and faith stories of today.  Great way to get pumped up!

 

• Live Wire Sundays meets at 10:30 a.m. - noon each Sunday in the MAC (Music Arts Center). All children from kindergarten - 5th grade are invited to join this interactive DVD driven Worship Experience, yummy snacks, games, and fun projects designed just for them.  An opportunity to get plugged in, pumped up and then learn to pour yourself out!

 

• Tot's Church and Wee Worship is a fun-filled experience for our two, three and four year olds each Sunday during the 11 a.m. Worship Hour.  Held in the Children's Building, Tots’ Church and Wee Worship includes faith building fun, games, crafts, music and other activities.

 

• Childcare is provided on Sundays from 7:45 a.m. through 12:30 p.m; on Wednesdays from 6:00 through  8:30 p.m. (Sept. through May); and for special programs and events throughout the year, as requested.

 

• Live Wire Children's Choirs meet on Wednesdays beginning at 4:15 pm during the months of September through April. Children from 3 years old through 5th grade are involved in two different choirs. Littlest Angles/Cherubs 3 years old - 1st grade meet 4:15 - 4:45 pm in the MAC (Music Arts Center) and Young Joys 2nd - 5th grades meet in the MAC 4:45-5:30 pm.  Both choirs are directed by Stephanie Davidson.

 

• Live Wire Wednesdays, for children kindergarten through 5th grade, meets Wednesdays from September through April , from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. We kick off with snacks and check-in 4:00 pm; music 3 years old - 1st grade 4:15 -4:45 pm in the MAC (Music Arts Center); recreation for 2nd - 5th grades 4:15 - 4:45 pm; music for 2nd - 5th grades 4:45 - 5:30 pm in the MAC; recreation kindergarten - 1st grades 4:45 - 5:30 pm; snack supper (pizza by PapPa John's) $3 for all ages in Student Ministries Center; Live Wire praise 'n worship at 6:00 p.m. in the MAC (Music Arts Center) with a hands on learning experience with incredible Bible adventures, memorable crafts, science experiments and games.  

 

• MegaSports Camps  is our summer program for children rising kindergarten - 6th grades featuring basketball, cheerleading, soccer and baseball.  Registration begins in May.  

 

 Vacation Bible School is held each year the 3rd week in June
