How to become a Christian

If you are ready to become a follower of Jesus Christ, we would be glad to talk with you about this most important and life changing decision. Here are some important Scripture references that will help guide you to become a Christian:

God loves all people - Romans 5:8 and John 3:16
But all people are self-centered - Romans 3:23 and 6:23
Our response is to feel sorry for your selfishness and desire God's presence in your life - Matthew 9:12-13 and Mark 1:15
Place your faith and trust in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord - Romans 10:9-10 and Romans 10:13

Lord Jesus, I confess that I cannot lead a holy and meaningful life without You. I choose to turn from my selfish ways and accept Your free gift of love, forgiveness and divine direction. I ask You to come into my life and make me a new creation. Thank You for being my Savior and I now ask for You to become my Lord. In your Holy name I pray, Amen.
